It is TeDeG’s goal to make your company, products and
services successful in one of the largest markets in the world.
To achieve this we jointly develop the key strategies. We
analyse the competitive landscape in Germany and discuss the
positioning of your products and services. We jointly identify
possible target markets and groups and the best approach for
them with both direct and in-direct channel strategies. Next
we define the necessary steps to create awareness and visibility
for your brand and for your company in a market entry strategy.
Your own experiences and existing plans and strategies will
form part of this exercise.
TeDeG consulting and technical services
Subject to the relevant training and support TeDeG technical
staff can engage beyond the traditional technical pre-sales
stages and engage in full consultancy, technical implementations
and training. TeDeG staff has experience in the deployment
of complex IT solutions for large European companies in a
number of industry sectors and many have backgrounds in consulting,
programming or technical support. If necessary TeDeG can handle
project management, product integration or bespoke development
either through our own, local or European staff or our European
and Indian development partners.
